Do smokers love cigarettes? I bet not. They don’t love cigarettes but love the idea of addiction. First thing in the morning, jump out of bed, stick a cigarette in my mouth. It was part of my daily routine, and the thought of being without cigarettes panicked me, so even though I knew I needed to quit, I kept putting it off. I’ve been smoking for 7 years now and my longest quitting period ended a full month. I gave up to craving and started again.
I’ve been trying out few tips along the way and even been to those hypnosis sessions but it did not quite help. I knew smoking was getting me: nasty cough, pale teeth, stinky smell and $2500 a year on smoke, so I was quite eager to shed it off but it somehow puzzled me on how to do it.
Well I was sure I’m not the only one with this problem, so sat down on Google to get the hang of what smokers do call it quits.
On day 1, I joined many forums, subscribed to dozens of blogs, shared my experience and finally found a free video course that addresses the very same issue. It’s not some scary quit smoking video but a step by step quit it now instructions compiled by smoker like us.
I was surprised to actually hear dozens of innovative, natural ways one can adopt to stop smoking. After couple of days of following these wonderful easy tips I just stopped. There is no magic wand or miracle that’s gonna happen but the key was you get the real, easy to follow help to make you quit.
It’s now been a 4 months without smoke and till this day I thank Google to actually introduce me to stop smoking cigarette video which has worked really well for me (keeping my fingers crossed).
